My wife got a new account or something a month ago. We went back with the new customer coupons they gave us and the little customer service person says they are expired. Im thinking you just gave us these coupons a month ago. Then the disc repair they did, didnt even fix the issue. Way to seriously disappoint Family Video. New customers and you epically drop the ball.

I like the customer service here and you can order yourself a pizza while still browsing for a movie, tv series, or video game. But their video/tv selection is not as expansive compared to other Family Videos stores since it is was built in early 2013.

The only video store left in Mankato. Good prices and decent selection. Theres a lot of crossover deals with Markos Pizza next door. Long live Family Video!
