We go here all the time! Staff is moderately friendly and very efficient! Offers free kids movies and usually have enough copies of new releases in store. You can call ahead and have them hold a movie for up to an hour (nice for driving home from work and you dont want to waste the trip to find out that are out of it or dont have the movie you want). Overall happy with the Gladstone location and will continue going there.

As a mom of 2 toddlers I can say that its a real pain to unbuckle and rebuckle children just to return a movie. This is why we only rent when we get a free movie from Marcos. You would see more of our money if you had a drive up drop box for returns. Im NOT leaving my children in the car to access your Dropbox. Let me know when you get a drive up dropbox.

Great selection of new and old movies, and video games. Decent customer service and mostly friendly employees. Nostalgic feel of going out to rent a movie. Order a pizza at Marcos and get a movie rental coupon. Their texting service offers free and discounted rentals. Family friendly, and offer some free rentals.

Great place to rent movies and they often sell the used ones for great prices, couple bucks more than what youd rent. Have free kid rentals with a regular rental. Old movies especially cheap, unlike Blockbuster which was a joke ($4-5 for 25 year old movie). Friendly staff, great all-around place to rent.

I have always enjoyed video stores. Unfortunately. As it is today. Just too many movies. Some oldies I like just arent there. But they have alot of movies and all kinds of deals. Some linked to Marcos pizza. My personal favorite delivery pizza
