OMG! I was in there on Sunday, and the guy that works there who looks like the comic book guy from the Simpsons (sorry, I dont know his name) was SUPER RUDE to this guy that just wanted to have some stuff rung up a certain way so he could sale a few $$ more (they have a deal where you buy 3 and get one free, so I guess the math works out that you need to group things strategically to get the best "free" thing). anyway, I was in the store for like 20 minutes and the whole time that customer was stuck at the counter I guess trying to buy stuff or get a refund or something, and then this OTHER guy who works there kept making phone calls and was trying to not give the guy his money back, but ended up giving him cash, and anyway the first employee was rude to me too, and so I dont think Im going back because the one in Sugar Land is MUCH nicer people and more helpful.

Occasionally you find a cool CD here. One that youve been looking for for a long time. Then you look at the price tag and its anywhere from $25-$175. The pricing on some of their used CDs is insane. Theyll take some fluke price from eBay or Amazon and run with it. I found a CD I wanted today and it was priced $175.99 Went home and looked on Amazon and bought the SAME cd for 1 cent plus $3 shipping. Also, be prepared to wait when you check out. Theres usually only one cashier and they wont ring you up until theyre done buying 20 dvds off of some ghetto black dude in front of you.

Ive been a movie exchange customer since their inception back in 03. They have this buy 3 get 1 free policy where I guess up until last week when I was in there that you put all your movies from the highest price to the lowest price and every 4th one was free. Well yesterday this schmuck decided to put all 16 movies we brought to the counter in 4 separate piles and wanted to sell the lowest ones free. Meaning all the cheapest ones. Then when I confronted the Mgr Johnny. Hes like this is my store. Ill run it how I want. I said ok congrats. You just lost a 12 yr customer

This is the worst managed store Ive seen in a long time. Especially on weekends. I had to stand a long line (I left without purchasing) for 45 minutes with a lot of people in front of me while the lame guy (found out hes a manager) just blabbed to one person about himself...while we WAITED!!! Would not open another register, as a mater of fact this guy only does the registar and he stinks at it, so self involved. Im not the only person that left and I recommend if you want to buy or sell bluerays/dvds etc..go somewhere they want your business this isnt that place.

The prices for dvds start at $1.99 on their clearance and $3.99 for the regular priced stuff. And blurays for 8.99 is AWESOME! I go in there all the time to get all my movies and games. Plus, I had a disc that was scratched and they fixed it and its like new, and it only cost me a buck!! I dont know what store these other reviewers went to, but MOVIE EXCHANGE ROCKS!!!!

Fairly well organized. Decent prices. Lots of classic movies on DVD and a small selection of Blue Ray movies. This location sells video games and consoles/remotes. I suggest calling ahead to ask if they have what you are looking for. Employees not so great. Very slow and unresponsive.

Poor customer service. I called Movie Exchange to see if they had a specific movie; I was put on hold, heard the employee helping other customers, then he came back on the line to tell me they did not have that movie. ... .A*sHole.

I LOVE Movie Exchange. There is a CSR names Adam that makes shopping there fun and entertaining to say the least. I like the prices and the fact that they go out of their way to make sure the disc is clean and ready for my use.

Remember what blockbuster was like? This is like that. Except movies are only alphabetical. No genre separation. Prices seemed all right on movies, but unless you know what you want exactly a bit hard to find it here.

Prices vary so if you know your stuff you can find a deal. Great place to get rid of stuff easily, but like I said somethings might be over or under priced so go in with knowledge and youll find a great store.

Havent been to any movie exchange since 2014, just terrible if you fully understand how the company functions and how they handle their employees, will only come back for a going out of business sale.

I know collecting movies is a dying hobby, but not for me. This is my favorite place to go to add to my collection. Great deals and great prices. They buff the discs so they always play.

My husband and I go to this store often. Never had problems with customer serves, people there are very helpful and friendly. Usually find movies we are looking for for a great price.

Gave them 23 DVDs, some Blu-ray. And got $10.50. Huge collection of overpriced DVDs, vintage video games going for higher than market value, but ultimately good customer service.

They have a big selection on DVDs, CDs and games. Plus the sale on $1 DVD"s and .99 cent CDs is great and buy three get one free DVD is amazing. Cant get that anywhere.

Friendly staff. All the discs they sell are in only the best condition. Selling is fast, you dont get much, but what you get is more than youd get anywhere else.
