I had a great experience buying a game. I even asked the associate about their return policy as I was not sure I had bought the right game. He said sure no problem we have a 30 day return policy. I said great I left and couldnt play the game for about a week. I finally played it and it wasnt the right one. I went back yesterday and tried to return it, you think I was returning a hand gun not a $10 game. We had to go through the manager who told me they dont do those types of returns. I told him your associate said you did and then he told me that I played it for a week and returned it because I didnt like it. That really made me mad! He then offered a $2.18 refund because I had the game a week and he considered it a rental. That guy was the "Manager" he was African American with dreads extremely rude and incompetent. I will NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!

My experience was so terrible I should have vomited on their counter. Went in to sell over twenty three Nintendo DS games along with a few movies, and they gave me 12 dollars in cash. Turns out no matter what kind of Nintendo DS games you give, to MTC theyre all worth 50 cents each. In conclusion theyre more than happy to give you chump change and then sell them at a higher price. Thanks for the rip off movie trading company. Also, make sure you hire people that actually know what theyre doing and talking about. I hate going in only to see a bunch of stoned zombies just aimlessly walking around behind the counter. What the hell.

Bought a xbox 360 game from here. Destiny Taken King Legendary edition. Its all the DLC for the game. Get home unwrap it (because it was shrink wrapped like a new game. Low and behold under the sticker on the wrapping there is another one for a used game. I spent extra for DLC and only got the base game. Could have just bought that for less and saved money. Now Ive got a game that I cant play without spending another $20 getting the content that it was supposed to have the first time.

well, I have to refute the above review - I went strolling by there and one of their employees immediately found an obscure movie in stock that I had been looking for for quite some time - I also found two others by chance - all were well priced, and the 2 staff members that were there while I was shopping were very nice, courteous, and stopped what they were doing to look up some movie info for me - I will definitely make a return visit there...

Took a couple Xbox games here to have repaired. All the guys working there were really cool and helpful, had my discs fixed in no time. Managed to find a couple games I had been wanting while I was there. As to the people who have had a bad experience here.. Youre not the only person in the place, and no, the customer is not always right. Ive worked in retail almost 5 years, long enough to know that its the dumbest statement ever made.

Horrible, horrible customer service!!! Manager was off when I was trying to return something that didnt work and a kid named Colby told me he wouldnt even call her on her day off to help me with my situation!! Wtf!! Really made me mad! Colby was very unprofessional and very rude!! Customer is always right and always call the manager even if they are off!! Learn this policy!!!!

I had the best experience ever here!! Colby was the guy that helped me. He was very nice and went out of his way to help me. Everytime I go I look for his help. I have never had one bad experience going there! I think people who have had a bad experience are crazy and need to realize they are not the only person inside that store.

Great place to find older films, modern movies, and box office hits. Great selection of family movies, music (CD/Record), and anime! They have a wide range when it comes to games as well, retro, modern, older, and card as well. Staff is always friendly, willing to help, and great to talk to.

This is a hotspot of mine as a game collector. They have games spanning all generations of consoles at fair prices and new to obscure releases. They have a really good movie/anime/tv series selection, too. The staff have been nothing but helpful to me and are typically very bubbly.

Wow worst price for trading in movies. Never trade your movies here. I brought about about 80 blu rays and they offered me 40 cash or 60 credit. Great place to buy but never sell to them unless youre really in a bad place and even the I would suggest a pawn shop.

Great place for collectors and those who are looking for more nerdy (sorry) oriented items. They accept games & movies for store credit, which is a good way to get rid of old games. You can also rent any movie they have in stock (Blockbuster nostalgia is real).

Employees can be a little rude sometimes. Also your gonna spend almost as much for used video games as you would for one brand new. If your selling your games and movies dont expect too much...what they pay is no where near what they are worth.

Great movie selection. Lots of cds, albums, record players, video games(almost every console you would want), posters and other nerdy stuff like action figures. Also it has great expansion packs for cards against humanity.

They just tried to charge me a late fee for movies I turned in on time. Said I was a day late! So if they give you a due date turn your movies in a day early to avoid a late fee. Smh
