I <3 BEING USED If your looking for a place to buy, rent, trade or sell your old DVDs, VHS, vinyls, Blu-ray, cds, VIDEO GAMES!, consoles etc. Then look no further! THE HOUSE OF USED IS THE PLACE TO BE! Honest prices, amazing selection, great relaxing retro feeling store, WITH AN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING STAFF! I used to be a very loyal bookmans shopper, but after entering this amazing place known as THE HOUSE OF USED! I no longer go to bookmans Ill be honest I thought bookmans was the best place to purchase ours nostalgia but oh sweet pancake Jesus I was wrong. Dont believe me? Check it out you too! The staff were very friendly but not very knowledgeable. I called ahead to check whether or not they had a hard to find specific console and was told they did. After a 30 minute drive I got there only to find out they have none because the staff member I talked to thought it was a different console even though Id described it to them. Im very disappointed, my time was wasted and I was given false hope because they didnt double check which console they were looking at. It was an honest mistake but I kind of expected a video game store to know better.

Great! I went here once a few months ago to look for a specific Pokémon card being sure to find it since it wasnt that rare of a card and my friend got one from there. After she recommended me I drove for over an hour and a half to get there and they didnt even have it after spending 20 minutes looking through them all. The store looks as if you could find anything else in there though. I guess it was just a bad first and last experience for me.

Family owned , friendly environment. Grate deals , buy , sale , trade and rent options . You could go there every day and find something new . If they dont have what you are looking for they will look for it and call you when they do. They sale dvd , blue ray , records , cds, game stations , game accessories , board games , collectors items ext . Love this place wish there were more

Ive only been there to sell DVDs but, they are the only ones so far to actual pay out fair prices for movies. I travel from West phoenix whenever I have music or movies to sell. Im heading there with rock n roll albums tomorrow as a matter of fact. The staff is knowledgeable, and make doing business with them a pleasant experience. I recommend them to everyone.

This place is amazing! I collect video games and consoles and this is my go to spot. The staff is friendly and always extremely helpful in finding anything I am looking for. The prices are good for most things, and you can find really great deals sometimes. I highly recommend the House of Used!

I absolutely love this place. Were in there a couple times a week, and the staff are always incredible! They have a huge selection of movies, tv shows, and games, among other items. Its definitely worth a look if youre thinking of going. 1000% better than Redbox.

One of the best spots for used media. Almost all movies, TV shows, and video games are $1 a day to rent. Huge wall of CDs all for $5. Ive never left this place empty handed

Forget Redbox! This is where I get all of my movies now. The prices are VERY reasonable and the staff is very helpful and approachable. I love The House of Used!
