I normally have had professional experience in this store until today. It was busy but I asked a clerk who was not ringing up people if a movie had come in, just as I was asking the second time I heard a guy ask for the same movie to another clerk within ear shot of where we were standing. The clerk that was dealing with me slowly turned around, the other clerk found it in the drop box and said "here" . The other clerk that was dealing with me motioned and and then said "forget it" and said to me" Oh, maybe the next one will be yours". How rude, did not offer to comp any movies, nothing. Did not simply say to the other clerk and guy" I am sorry but she asked twice for me to check". Nothing. Just walked away. Wow....Ill think twice about going there again. This maybe the last trip for awhile.

This place is fantastic. We wanted to rent Year One and it was 10:30 PM on a Sunday. After no luck with RedBox we looked Family Video up just in case and the are open to midnight every single night, so we checked it out. Not only was our video in the 2 for $1 section, so we grabbed another movie, but there was also a half off promotion for all videos rented in the first 30 days of signing up, so it ended up only costing us 54 cents. Cant even buy gum for that. So we got 2 movies we wanted... for 54 cents... for 5 days... at 10:30 PM on a Sunday... oh yeah and the service was great too. One of the few times that I can say that the product is better than advertised.

Love being able to walk in, pick up the movie cases and make my selection...something nostalgic about it amongst our digitalized world. My kids LOVE being able to select their own movie for free from the kids section!

Only more joint left in town and they give great combo deals with Marcos pizza next door. Which is the best pizza in town too! Now if only theyd deliver a little further to our house Id give 5 stars.

Great place, friendly staff. Tons of selection. The prices are the best part, so low. Free kids movies as well. It is obvious why this video store has made it.

Rip you off when you deliver late and they screwed up on payments. Also, they lied about having payments at the Family Video in Lawrence. I miss blockbuster.

Even though they have a lot of movies to rent it seems I can never the ones I want to see. So usually I just go to the local redbox or watch on Amazon
