I will never waste my time with ESA again.....They claim to match people with jobs so on so forth. I was also told in a "Real snooty " tone of voice when I went to go fill out my application that if I wanted to work I had to be at the office by 5:15 a.m. I went up to the office twice 2 days in a row walking 2hrs in 25degree weather and being one of the first 5 to sign just to sit there for 2 1/2 , while other people were showing up later and being sent out. The second time went to the office same scenario, walking 2 hrs in 25 degree weather, This time I noticed a lot of worker orders on the board, I then observed Shanda is and Amanda have a "meeting", Amanda went outside and picked and chose who went to work. A few weeks later , I read Craigslist a noticed Production thru ESS....Well needless to say Elite Staffing Services isnt about matching it applicants with the right job or Company, its all about who they want to work referring to Amanda and Shinda. If Elite Staffing Services was all about matching jobs people and companies ....They would find out some of the applicants have the actual experience companies are looking for and can Pass A Background. Do in ending Elite Staffing Services is a waste of time ! !

Cold called me twice now...never heard of them....when I told them wrong number they still attempted to have me work a job over the week end. They hung up when I finally got irritated. So they just call random numbers looking for minimum wage temp employees??? I am employed and I have never work with this company or one whom used this service. I am also on the do not call list....I have had this number for over ten years and told your company last time you have the wrong number. Yelling through the phone, offers of employment after I said wrong number is rude and unprofessional.

I used Chris Rickerson for my first employee and he went above and beyond my expectations in every way. Now I use Elite Staffing Solutions for every one of my hires because of the level of personal service. One major advantage that ESS provides is that I am able to take my new employees on a "test drive" before I carry the liability of hiring a new W2ed employee. I am so confident in Chriss level of dedication to my business that I am sure he will do whatever it takes to service my account, even though my business is nowhere near the size of many of his other clients.

I was only looking for temp work while on break from the job i already had and loved.
