I dont like that guy franscio it seems as if he was flirting with me while I was there very unprofessional I felt awkward. I was very nervous about my background popping up and he asked me what it was that was on there so I told him and then after I told him he called back after hours . Like they close at 5 he called me at 540 to ask what was on my background what really was on there and i said nothing thats it then asked what are u doing how many kids u have that guy is a creep and needs to pull up on sexual harassment.

They are not thorough with instructions when you first walk in to apply. I was hired right away but stopped working after the next month. Another temp agency filled our spots. There were no more positions on the floor. They sent the remainder of us home. I was told they would call to tell me of any other available jobs but I havent heard from anyone in months. They are poorly organized and I wouldnt recommend this temp agency to anyone. Your time and money is important so invest it in people who actually care.

I went to regal to help me find a better career and had the pleasure of dealing with Joy. Not only did she take the personal time to find what I was looking for to the T, she always checked in and made sure I was happy where I was assigned. Its been almost a year now that I have been where Im at and Im loving it more and more daily and I couldnt have done it without the help of Regal and Joy Juarez! I hate Arlington location they take forever to find jobs,An they leave you waiting for a long time to interview you.I ask about a position an basically I was told there was a opening an hurry for the interview to start Monday I arrive the lady for the interview was gone an I was told the position just been filled only 3 mins prier to my arrive.So I drove from Keller to Arlington for nothing an had to face tx Traffic ugh I was so pissed

I personal have a had great experience with Regal. Joy Suarez was my recuriter, she and the rest of the team did a good job on getting me where I wanted to be. Only thing I would say I didnt like is when a accident happen. I was sent to the hospital by my employer and had to cover the cost even though it should have been a workers comp but other than that great experience.

I went here with my daughter so she could complete an application. We took an Uber ride and when we got to the location I was told only applicants are allowed to stay in the building. The staff should make it part of their phone information that only applicants are allowed, we did call before going in.

The worst employment agency in the DFW area. They sent me to a interview with a employer which i was told they wanted me and to start right away. But regal didnt respond to there email or notify me. But regal did not take the blame they put the blame on me that they were unable to get a hold of me.

If I could give a lower rating i would, they just sent me in a room with no instructions and seemed more concerned about people calling than people who actually go there to apply. On top of that they left me waiting for 25 minutes while they talked to each other about people who walked in earlier.
