Fast and professional. Had to have a complete system installed and couldnt be happier with the owner an staff with their professionalism and willing to work around my schedule. Being in the customer service businesses my self I tend to be a little more picky on services. But I would have to say these guys are TOP NOTCH. I would refer any one I know to Chris and his crew. Great job guys... and thanks for keeping the heat out and the cool in. If I ever need anything in the future you can bet Ill be calling on Fredericks to come do the job right the first time and in a timely manner. Well i cant attest to what kind of work they do, but from the other reviewers id say Damn good work. I have not had any work performed by the company. My experiance with a few workers and the owner or manager obviously upset me enough to want to waste my time writing this review, well here goes. Our Thermostat and AC broke down. The high was 105 degrees. We had an very friendly and wonderful serviceman named Adrian help us. He was quick and went through everything thoroughly. Before we knew it my AC was up and running in no time. I would recommend anyone to use this company for experienced servicemen to get the job done quickly. We will use them again. Thank you so much for making this family happy.

Horrible experience! A family member hired them, I am writing the review. Chris the owner is an idiot, I am sure there is great reason he was fired from every company he has been at. The receptionist is far from friendly. She must really hate her life and job, it shows through her phone call. Calling the service line after hours is a joke, no return calls. Go elsewhere.
