Daric Kimber

This company had no ethic and does not do what is right. They often showed up late or not at all. Their quality of work is very poor and they forgot to do many things which caused them to take 7 weeks to do a 2 week project. They put egress windows in my basement and forgot to seal it with a $10 roll of sealant. It flooded our basement and it took 5 days for them to respond. Their was mold growing and major sheet rock damage in that room. They put the cover on the window with a 2 inch gap between the wall and the window so water just ran right in the new window well. When they were digging the hole for the window the excavator blew a hydraulic line all over the yard. You would think they would clean that mess up!! No. They just covered it up with the dirt from the rest of the hole, letting me find it later. Another problem with their quality, they hung up a new closet door with a hand print in the stain. It had a clear coat over the top of it so that is the quality of work they give. Please do not use this company. Very poor quality work and they do not do the right things ethically. They do not feel the 5 weeks that my wife could not work because someone had to be home or the 5 hours of digging hydraulic fluid out of the yard, or the other major issues they caused by not doing their job right is worth compensation. I had to pay full price for VERY POOR Quality. This company is ridiculous. This job took from 7-7-2014 to 8-29-14 to get finished. Cory will tell you a lot of things but they are just empty promises.

S&A does quality work At very good prices. They are trustworthy & diligent workers. They did a replacement of a kitchen laminate countertop for us and we are extremely satisfied with all aspects of the job they did. The owners come out after the project was completed to make sure the quality of their crews workmanship met their standards and we were completely satisfied. The crew members were very polite, pleasant , well groomed and worked diligently. Their cleaned up as though they had never been there. We highly recommend S&A Construction without reservation. You cant go wrong hiring S&A Construction!

I worked with Deryk from S & A. They were recommended by our insurance company to replace the hail damaged roof. They worked directly with our insurance company for supplemental payment for necessary upgrades to bring the roof into code as well, so I didnt have to worry about any of it. Deryk was very responsive to my phone calls and emails and the workmanship was very good. They worked quickly - removed and replaced shingles on our duplex and garage in a single day. Definitely recommended for roofing work. We certainly would use S & A again.

Our house was severely damaged by the hail storm of May 2013. S & A gave us a bid for the entire project. Other construction companies would only do pieces of the project such as the roof, siding, windows, or painting, but not the complete job. S&A did a great job, the work was done on a timely basis, the quality of the work is outstanding, and the project came in under bid. They dealt directly with the insurance company for me. Deryk kept me informed as the project went along, I would recommend S&A for your next project.
