Tuesday 1/19/16 The power in a few rooms goes out at lunch. I call Chill Electric early afternoon and ask if they can come to look at it. I told them I thought it was a bad circuit breaker, because one of them was loose and wouldn’t switch on/off properly. I texted them photos of the bad breaker. I let them know we are having some other big house work done on Friday (a new furnace installation), so its VERY important that we get this electric fixed soon. I took off work that afternoon to be at home when Chill Electric comes out. When they got to our home, they wandered around the house looking at outlets. Their website says they are open until 7 p.m., but they said they had to leave early to pick up their kids. This was at 5 p.m. They didnt fix the problem and seemed pretty confused in general. They had disassembled several wall outlets and left them completely exposed. They didnt spend much time outside at the circuit breaker, which was surprising since I told them that I thought that was where the problem was. They said they would come back the next day to finish the job & that they would call or msg to let me know when they were on their way. Wednesday 1/20/16 My fiancé worked from home (so that I did not need to miss another day of work) because we are expecting Chill Electric to come back to finish the job. The first message from CE is after 5 p.m. They apologized that they could not come out that day due to another job keeping them busy. They would be able to come finish the job after 1 p.m. the next day. Thursday 1/21/16 Per the message from Wed, I took off work at 1 p.m. for the day to be home to let Chill Electric in our house. I got a message from them at 1:30 p.m. letting me know they will be at the house at 3 p.m. When it gets close to 3 p.m., they message me again and let me know that they will be here closer to 3:45 p.m. At a little after 3 p.m., they call me and let me know they have had a problem with their car and need to get that fixed; implying that they would not be able to come out that day. We never heard from them again. Keep in mind, weve taken several days off work this week, are without power and have several exposed outlets. Friday 1/22/16 Snowstorm hits (we do not have power in a couple of rooms), yet our hvac guy still arrives to install furnace and has to create workarounds due to no electric in some rooms. Saturday 1/23/16 After giving up on Chill Electric, we decide to call another electrician. This new electrician came out to our home within two hours from the first phone call....on a Saturday....and had fixed the problem within five - ten minutes. And guess what? The problem was the broken circuit breaker that I suggested to CE up front. It had nothing to do with the outlets that CE had been staring at for over an hour on Tuesday.

Chill Electric was referred to me by a close friend. The electric went out in my daughters bedroom and I needed an immediate fix. Upon calling, I was greeted by a friendly lady whom explained pricing to me and also gave me a couple different options of time slots. She also called to let me know when the electrician was on his way, which was great because my husband wanted to be there once he arrived. Chill Electric was on time for the appointment and worked in an efficient manner. He came out the same day I called and even though it was after hours, the problem was fixed. Earlier in the week, I had promises from two electricians and never seen them. If you need an electrical problem fixed, call Chill Electric.

I had some ceiling fans that were as old as the house and wanted new ones installed. They showed up on time, actually a little early and were very professional. The owner Chad installed the new fans with no problems. He was fast as showed up with everything needed. One of the two fans had to have a new electrical box installed because it was plastic. They installed a new metal box. I wish them well and would recommend them to anyone. Great company

Chad and his team are a professional crew. I have used their services twice and both times Chill has met all expectations. They always clean up any mess, make clear and understandable recommendations, and provide no pressure. Chill has installed new recessed lighting, dimmer switches and also troubleshooted some old wiring. Would recommend to anyone.

Highly recommended, we had problems with circuit breakers tripping all the time and decided to call chill electric he explained that our circuits were overloaded he made the corrections needed and havent had a circuit breaker trip.
