I spent three hours signing up for Advantage Staffing as an employer. 1 oclock rolled around, I was hungry, and I decided to go out for some lunch, with the application process half completed. I went back, and they told me they couldnt hire me at all because I had walked out of the interview, and had cost them their going to lunch on time. Boo hoo. They were "concerned" that I might do the same thing with an employer on-the-clock, and that it was a "red flag." Well, no, I wouldnt, and I do know the difference. Excuse me? You DONT tell me what I can and cannot do on MY TIME. When I am in your office applying for a job, that application is being filled out on MY TIME. If I feel the need to take a break on MY TIME, then Im going to take a break, for as long as I feel I need to take a break. Good luck getting anyone else to spend 4 to 6 hours with you, filling out an application without any break. If youre still in business in a years time, Ill be surprised.

This company blatantly practices age discrimination. They have the jobs available and even lead you to believe they will hire you; however, when you get there for the interview they have some inexperienced person interviewing you, instead of the person you were scheduled with. My whole experience with this company has been a real let down! I would steer clear of them, is my advice to anyone (especially seasoned workers) is to avoid this agency at all cost!

they got me a good job making 11 an hour starting out and after 3 months i was hired on. this is the only temporary agency in my life that has ever got me a full time job threw a company. I am grateful.
