Growing up in the area, I have tried many nail salons, hair stylist, and spas for relaxation purposes. When it comes to the full experience, Mi Salon is thoroughly enjoyable. During each of my pregnancies I had prenatal massages worth raving about! from the water/coffee in the entry, to the employee who assists clients in the relaxation room to the massage therapist I am highly impressed. I do also want to share that recently I experience a difficult situation with the facility where for a moment I was not fully satisfied. To my astonishment, I learned that I am indeed important to them as a customer. Michelle and Olivia went out of their way to do what they could to make sure that I was more than satisfied with their services and that I would continue to enjoy utilizing their facility for my relaxation needs. I was not asked to write this review and want to make that clear. I simply want to share my gratitude with anyone who is interested. Great customers service goes a long way! and when you care about an individual, who you dont even know personally, it never goes unnoticed! so keep it up Mi Salon Staff! People are watching and they like what they see. Thank you!

Good cut, but feel taken advantage of. I recently moved to the area and have been looking for a new stylist. I saw this salon had good reviews and came in to get a cut and balayage. They charged me $229 for a cut and color (2 colors) today and I about died. The cut and color are good but I dont know how they can charge that price. I am willing to pay more for a good stylist who knows her stuff, but that price is absurd. Ive had a balayage/ombré for three years or so and highlights for years before then. Im familiar with the formula and process for my hair and I have never paid this much in my life. Their site says cut $24 and up and balayage $100 and up? They confirmed this pricing when I called to schedule my appointment. Then when I was checking out, they rang me up at $229: $45 for the cut (I only asked for 1-2 inches off the base) and $165 for my color plus $20 toner.. who know about the extra $9.. I feel totally cheated Its a shame because I really liked my stylist, but I wont be back.

I wish I could get my money back. It was the first time I got my hair professionally colored and I am so dissappointed. If you ever go, do not ask for Ronda. First, the color turned out way darker than what I wanted but she said that it will fade to the color I wanted, thats not the problem. I have spots and stripes in my hair around my face where she didnt cover up all the blonde! I only noticed that after I got home when I parted my hair how I usually wear it because when she was styling it she parted my hair in a weird way to try to cover up her mistake. And trust me, its noticeable because its brown on top of light blonde! Also my hair isnt even! My right half is longer than my left. I cant believe I gave her a 20% tip...she did not deserve it. I also thought it was weird that she didnt hand me her card after she was done with me, but now I know why. Terrible experience and Im never going back.

Save your money! My daughters bought me a gift certificate for a full set of eyelashes. To start with they were very over priced, the woman (jen) was not fully trained to do them, she kept trying to get me to tint them and to make a long story short I walk out of there with only 2 lashes in each eye and one fell out that night. She said she only could do a trial for right then but for me to make another appointment. I told her I was not satisfied at all with her performance and I wanted my money back. They said no refunds that I could spend my 250.00 on something else there. After walking around for four days with only 3 eyelashes the district Manger finally returned my call. Eventually they decided to refund my money!!!!

I have been here many times, and twice now I have had an awful haircut experience. Most of the time I would describe my experience as "ok", but never anything more than that. I feel that the majority of people who have cut my hair are in a rush to get me back out the door. This last haircut (from shampoo to cut to style) was completed in 20 minutes. And to be honest it looked like it was done in less. I did have a very nice experience in the spa about two years ago. My massage and pedi technicians were excellent and really made me feel like they were devoted to the time they spent with me. I might go back to the spa, but after 5 years of getting my hair cut here, Im looking for somewhere else.

The front desk girl was unfriendly this was my first time coming to this place and I had no idea where the waiting area was. Then I didnt get called back until 15 minutes after my appointment time after the little lady comes to get me she then takes me to get my hair shampooed and the bowl was dirty with a prior clients hair and who knows what else in that bowl she had the audacity to say its okay its just shampoo if Im paying you all money I should get good quality service. I would never go here nor recommend anyone to go to this salon. Terrible experience! I shouldnt of ever let her shampoo my hair I have no idea why I did, I walked out shortly after she shampooed my hair.

This is a high-class, full service salon and you get what you pay for. I get my lashes tinted by Lindsay and my hair cut and colored by London and I am always satisfied by the service. My manly husband even prefers this place to his Sweeny Todd barber. I know that if I was not satisfied I could get the service redone free of charge but that has never happened. For the holidays, I gave gift cards to all my friends and stocked up on hair product for myself as well. I will be getting my first ever couples massage with my husband as an anniversary treat this coming month. I really love and recommend this place!

I started going to mi salon in February and started with Marissa and omg she has always had me looking fresh and vibrant from my cuts to colors and style. I cant imagine going any where else. Muchless know what to do with out her 2 xs out of the wk when I go to her to keep me looking amazing. Thank you Marissa for always hearing and helping me explore my hair ideas..

I just got my hair cut by Spence and she was absolutely amazing! I am new to the area and was really worried about finding a good salon to go to. After reading reviews online I picked Mi salon. It was really clean and friendly. Spencer really spent time asking me about what i wanted and discussing options. I would recommend Mi Salon Spa 100%.

Very bad service. I was quoted a price of 75 for a trim and root touch up. Afterwards I am charged a price of 139!! When asked about the price difference I was informed the stylist can adjust prices based on how much effort they feel it was. I have short straight hair and it was just a basic cut with root rouchup....Ill never be back.
