I have been here several times for the simple fact that its the only place in town I can get my hair cut at without making an appointment two weeks in advance. However the african american lady who cuts my hair ALWAYS messes it up and I have to go home and fix it myself. I try and ask for different people but she insists on cutting my hair for some reason. Today I went and was told it would be about 20 min because she was on lunch so I waited for a good half hour as another customer walked up to the counter and they immediately sat him down and started cutting his hair. Needless to say I am not coming back to cost cutters any more. Ill just start making appointments.

Their hours on this listing and their website said they closed at 7 on sat. I doubles checked before going. I arrived at 5:45 to find the doors half closed and was told they close at 6. They would not fit me in before closing.

I went to the Cost Cutters in Russellville, Ky. This was the worst haircut Ive ever had!!! I went on the $10 day and the lady was TERRIBLE! My hair was so messed up I had to shave my head. Ill never go back!!!
