Lets see 2 years ago I applied and my tablet froze. I was told that toyota doesnt care if your tablet froze. They also said that it would be a different scenario if I had taken the application on their computers and something messed up. Now I applied again and called about my application and was told I was ineligible for the rest of my life. I asked if there was anything I can do and got very rude responses especially when I asked what was in "my notes" under my profile. He refused to read me the note even though it involved me and was about me. Now heres the kicker my wife applied as well. She called about her application got the same rude boy I had gotten and the same answer. She was ineligible. But his response to that was "well just get rid of that real quick" my wife replied with are you sure? He said "yep Im sold on you". My experience with Kelly services is not one Ill forget and I will not allow my wife to work with the individuals who treated me so poorly.

Kelly services is the reason why Im a full time Toyota employee. I never had any issues during my time as a temp. Ive seen a lot of vague bad reviews which is surprising. If you are curious about using Kelly to get into Toyota know two things they expect: for you to be drug free and for you to come to work as expected. If you continually miss work they will not keep you as they know they have hundreds waiting for a job that will actually come to work everyday. They even give you vacation days and emergency vacations so theres no excuse for repeated Absence. Im very pleased with my job at Toyota and I would recommend it to anyone. It has helped my spouse and I so much financially. After him seeing what all it did for us, hes coming to Toyota through Kelly as well. Im seeing it take one year or less now for people to get full time.

They will use you up and discard you like toilet paper, with no regard to the fact that you are human and have a family to raise. Then they will volunteer to other agencies that you are no longer a valuable asset and prevent you from working anywhere else in the local vicinity. Their number one priority is their client, not you the employee, there is no one there to advocate your rights. So they can say what ever they want about you and leave you with the burden of proof.

When I went through back in 2006, this place was just a front for Transfreight, the big cross-dock facility at TMMK. It was the most dangerous and disorganized warehouse Id ever seen; the dirtbag that taught the "training" class even admitted that only 1 out of about 20 temps will stick around for a month.

got half way through the test online. "I wasnt home to apply on my desk top" the quiz locked up, and when I finally got home to retry this whole thing I signed into the website and it said I allready applied and cant apply for another year? weird.

Wound up get lied to about a former job so i quit, other people have quit and been rehired on at kellys for years, apparently they refuse to call me in for a job because they are a bunch of hypocrites.

Was ok other then getting told you cant choose what shift you desire and if your trying to change jobs. They will only allow you to give a weeks notice.
