Keep in mind the only reason Im giving the two stars is for how helpful Kristy at the actual Hebron location was. How Ive been treated by corporate however is ridiculous.. I registered some weeks back at the Hebron location, and at that time I was very upfront with them about an old background history record on file for myself. But also gave account for what Ive done in the years since then to "rehabilitate" myself. I was told that day that they had a client that they may be able to place me with but would have to run my history by them first. A short time later, I received a call from Kristy saying that shed gotten my background check back, went through everything that needed done, and that UPS had given me the OK to come work there. So I made the time to come back in and complete my drug screen and get my shift info. I was to start work that following Monday at 3pm. (Which I worked the entire shift) I also was informed that someone from corporate would be calling me to ask me a few questions regarding my history "for records purposes". Which did happen, Thursday evening, a man from a corporate office called me and we spoke for about 10-15 minutes. At the end of the call, he said something about "the office will call you when they have assignments for you", and I specifically said to him about already have been given an assignment at UPS and having been okd to start work that following Monday. To which he replied by saying that if I was already okd for a job then to go to work whenever I was told to start and it was fine... so thats what I did. I reported to work at 2:45 pm that Monday, worked my entire shift until 11:30. And I really liked it there too. Everyone was extremely nice and worked well together. I looked forward to going back. The next morning however, I was crushed when Kristy called and informed me that even though her office had done everything they needed including getting the "green light" from UPS (their client) for me working there, that shed been contacted by corporate (Employ Bridge) and that corporate had made the decision to not allow me to return to work period. She said she was told that corporate would "re-evaluate me in another year". To which she went up to bat on my behalf by saying that Id already began working, hadnt had any problems and also that in another year, the record would still be there (my sentiments exactly). I was devastated. Keep on mind, none of the record involves drug or alcohol charges, Ive shown that Ive bettered myself ever since then, and could provide plenty of documentation showing proof thereof, have passed any and all drug screens thrown my way, and have shown that Im ready, willing and able to work there. On top of that, their own client had already okd me and was willing to give me a chance to prove myself even further. So, at the very least, Id like people to know that EmployBridge is not a company who believes in second chances for those of us able to prove we deserve such. (Kristy I appreciate all your kindness though, and am glad you seem to not agree with all of corporate "policy".)

Update Christy called and she got to be bottom of the background check and we found that there was a miscommunication which could happen to anyone, and with that being said I start work Tuesday. I appreciate christy taking the time to communicate with me and work efficiently to find out what was going on . I will be referring more people to work with prologistix especially when they will work for you to get results . Thank you so much

The idioticy I received from here is unimaginable. First it took me over 2 months to get ahold of someone in the actual office. Second they sent me to a job i didnt even know about, never recieved a email about, never recieved a voicemail about, nor did i recieve even a call about. I even tried to call the branch managers personal cell phone, call and text and nothing back. So so so stupid.

Aside from the location of the office, I was quite pleased with the professionalism given me by the staff. Everyone was really nice. I have already recommended this staffing co. to many others looking for work.
