@ Charmain Colorfull- Ashtons policy on over time is the same as the Department of Labor. Any person working for an hourly rate and not on salary or contract will be paid an over time rate of 1 1/2 the base pay for every hour over 40 worked within the same pay week. This has been the policy that I have helped enforce since I started working for Ashton in 2013. I encourage you to stop in to the office and talk with us anytime.

The companies pay you over time but Ashton pocket your overtime money. They said they dont have to because their a temp agency. Which is wrong because you work those hours not them.
