If I could give it no stars I would. This place is horrible! My son would come home with bruises that no kid could inflict onto another kid. When we would confront Ms. Donna about it should never be direct with her answer. Shed always call us saying our child was out of hand and that we needed to come and get him right away because she didnt have time to take care of him and sit him in time out to let him calm down. When he was still in diapers he would come home with soaked pants and diapers and wed ask her about it and she said that she didnt notice he was wet. It takes a long time for a diaper to not be able to hold pee, so that means she wasnt watching for hours. She runs on a skeleton crew, staff is always coming and going, and our child would come home and wed ask him about his day and he wouldnt say a word. Hed start to mention that people were being mean to him and when we asked him who hed close up like a clam. Please, do not take your kid here. At first they were nice, but then it quickly went down hill and I feel horrible that my son had to go here, and I didnt find out about how bad they were sooner.

In general, we found the staff to be competent. However, upon raising some issues with management relating to supervision practices and safety, we were asked to withdraw our son. We asked to be introduced to the child care staff and were rebuffed. We were told that a combination lock for the front door was not feasible, but then a policy was implemented to lock the same door without a provision for parents to access the facility each morning at 9:00 a.m. Finally, my son had an accident on the playground and I was asked to sign an incident report. I agreed and said that I would review the incident report and injury (a cut) with my wife and return the signed form the following morning. After some discussion regarding the form and my unwillingness to sign before leaving, I was told that my son and I were not welcome to return. The facility has never brought any problems to our attention relating to our sons behavior. We are planning to file formal complaints with proper agencies. Sad that a promising facility with good staff resorts to expulsion when practices and procedures are questioned.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS THERE. They do not give progress reports. If your kid misbehaves in any way they call you and threaten to suspend your kid for 3 days. Had to call the cops today due to she refused to give me my money back and the cop even told me he has had to come up there 3 or 4 times in the last year due to the manager/Donna is mean to her employees and staff. Exact reason we were taking her out of that one and into a new one. Please dont take your kids there. Due your due diligence and read all the reviews because none of them are any good. Wish I had researched more before we took ours there.
