I have gone here SO many times with my daughters to let my toddler play in the play place. Having worked at a CFA I can say the service time is garbage. I have gone during the most down times when the restaurant is all but empty and it still takes 7+ minutes. My last experience was deplorable. It took nearly 20 minutes to receive some of the food so cold it was barely edible (if you have to wait on fresh food you dont serve one old burrito and one new - you make them both fresh). After that there was no apology and no BOG card (when our store ran over 7 minutes a BOG was standard, but I guess being in a military town they assume they can have crap service). When the hungry 2-year-old that has eaten things off the ground says the food is gross you should be ashamed. After many sad excuses for service (and food) at this place I filled out a comment card and never received a call or email. Its slightly farther, but the one on Wilma Rudolph is definitely worth the drive. Save yourself the time and frustration and go ANYWHERE else.

Just love Chick-Fil-A in general and this restaurant in particular. They do it right ... quality food with great customer service at a reasonable (though not cheap ... but quality comes at a price) prices. Plus, we applaud their policy of staying closed on Sundays. We are not Bible thumpers but we do agree that Sundays should be reserved for people to go to church and spend with families and businesses that are open on Sundays prevent their employees from being able to do that. So we agree with CFAs decision to not be open on Sundays. I believe this decision contributes to them being a great company ... they care about their employees AND their customers. But back to the food and service ... its top notch! We have shifted our "fast food" business to CFA almost exclusively (and we hardly even consider CFA to be fast food). Other chains should do more to adopt the CFA business model.

I honestly can not figure out how people can say this food is good. The service was horrible, there were 3 cashiers and none if them would not call us over. I had to ask if one of them was open to take my order. When the worker brought out my food and told me have a nice lunch, I asked the worker where the rest of my food. This worker looked at me like I was dumb. When I finally got my food, the grilled nuggets was cut from a piece of grilled chicken. My spicy chicken burger was a little saggy.

Chick-fil-A My wife and I ate at your new place this afternoon service was great food was good. We got home in about a hour or so we were both sick.I dont if there was something wrong with the food or it was the spices yall use. Thought you would like to know. So it will probably be our first and last trip to Chick-fil-A. Still not feeling very good. Thank You Chuck Venable

Service was poor and dining area was dirty. The worst Chick-Fil-A restaurant I’ve ever visited Unoccupied tables in the dining area were dirty, with empty food containers on the table. Totally different hospitality than you normally receive from Chick-Fil-A

They ran out of lemonade. Which I feel is one of the staples of coming here. Other than that excellent customer service as always. They are never hesitant to assist you with anything, the lack of lemonade put a damper on the mood.

Awesome place, best fast food of all places in hopkinsville we tried them all..... service is always on point and are very generous with any request for substitutes and additions on any meal. Definitely go back on a weekly basis.
