Was walking home today from the gym. Crossed the street at Adams and Wacker around 11/11:30 a.m. and the Au Bon Pain delivery van came very close to hitting me. Whipped around the counter only to sit at a red light just East at Franklin. Ridiculous. You should monitor your drivers and their driving. There were two people in the car, making deliveries, fyi. You suck and your employees who you trust with your cars suck too...

This bone broth is without a doubt, 100%, for sure, the best bone broth that exists. I am completely dependent on it now. I used to make my own, which was a huge pain and it tasted nothing like this liquid gold. I recommend Broth Baby to all my nutrition clients, and they are hooked too. Amazing for your health, tastes fantastic, reasonably priced and delivered to your door- what more could you want!?

This Au Bon Pain is located a block away from my office and is my go-to place for a quick breakfast in the morning. All their pastries are fresh and delicious, but Im partial towards the raspberry cheese danish. You can get any size coffee for just $.99. The checkout is always speedy and the employees are always smiling and being helpful.

I go here for breakfast probably three times a week and get a breakfast sandwich. They are all so polite, especially Josh. I get the double egg and steak and he is always happy to make the sandwich. He looks you in the eyes when he speaks and makes a great sandwich. Great to see someone take pride in what they do. Great employee.

Service and quality have gone down in the last several months. Doesnt seem as well managed as before... attention to detail and general customer service attitude is not improving. But for its location being so convenient, Im not sure I would go anymore to this location.

The gourmet sandwiches and soup bar are delicious, but greatly overpriced. If you have $15+ to spend for lunch, this is a good place to go in the former LaSalle Bank building. Otherwise, save your money and go elsewhere.

Apparently they keep calling the cops on food trucks that park nearby - what a bunch of assholes.
