I think the subs are okay, would prefer Subway though since I eat veggie subs. However my husband loves Firehouse bc you can get so many different meats on a single sandwich. His favorite is the Firehouse Hero. Also, not sure if its this locations staff or their POS system but everytime we go here at least one sandwich is wrong. They always give us a card for a free sub, but you have to be prepared for them to make your sandwich two or three times. If it werent for all the free sub cards we wouldnt be back.

My first time at firehouse subs I was treated very rude the service was horrible. The people who worked there totally ignored me kept their backs to me never asked me what I was interested in purchasing, strongly felt that because I was African American I was treated that way I left the restaurant without buying anything and went next door to meatheads where I was made welcome the service was great!!!! Made feel like the color of my skin didnt matter.

I use to love firehouse subs, I havent been there in a good while. The sandwiches we got for dinner today were horrible. They were so bad I couldnt even eat it, I found myself rummaging thru the fridge for led overs cause the sandwich was just not worth eating. I wont be going back.

This place is really good! Ive only been there once and I loved it!! The subs are really delicious and the food is worth the price, which is not bad at all! I recommend you to go if you are in Hammond or near Hammond!

It was awesome! everything about it is nice! The subs are good, they have one of the drink machines that have over 120 flavors. The building itself is also very clean and located in a nice area.

Workers here are really cool and nice. The sandwiches are very unique and delicious. I recommend this place over Subway any day. My personal favorite is the engineers sub.
