A decent place to have breakfast in a busy Chicago downtown. However, the portions, in some cases, were just right, and in the rest, just not enough. Service - definitely - needs significant improvement. Food: With very limited vegetarian options, we went for Bananas Foster Pancake and a Farmers Scrambler with a side of Breakfast Potatoes (which never came) and a Hot Chai. Bananas Foster Pancake was good. With two pancakes, instead of a conventional three-stack, it was still a light breakfast even with all the cream and maple syrup on top. Farmers Scrambler was good. However, instead of Breakfast Potatoes, we got cut fruits which werent really enough. The bread was dead cold and chewier. Hot Chai was good. Ambiance: We went on an Easter weekend and the place was jam packed. Given that it is in the downtown, we may excuse space constraints. However, overall, the place is very congested when full and people just ended up elbowing each other. Service: The staff is pretty expressionless to us. After the lady brought our order, when we pointed out that we asked for breakfast potatoes along with Farmers Scrambler, the lady wasnt aware and from her expression, it was clear that she wasnt even interested in finding out why. And thats what exactly happened - even though she said shell check, she never returned with any explanation. Overall, the food is fine but the service wasnt up to the mark. We have experienced better service in rush hours at other places - its just the attitude and training that makes the difference.

I can only give this place a 3 star rating. Its fairly large, so you wont have to wait; the food is delivered fairly quick as well. However, the way the cashier line and the self-serve coffee station is designed it is not very streamlined. The benches could use a good wipe. I came here around 8 and they looked already messy, while the floor looked pretty clean. I assume the benches werent cleaned at all. Food-wise it is of average quality. I had the Farmers Scramble, one of very few meatless items. It was ok, but lacked some taste - including the veggies. It came with 2 half slices of toast (which was very good, a pity the rest of the dish was somewhat behind) and a very small bowl of fruits. Together with a medium sized coffee this came at a price tag of around 10$. At least its reasonably priced.

Uno de los mejores sitios para disfrutar de la primera comida del día, el desayuno. Ofrecen una gran variedad de huevos revueltos, tortillas, tostadas, panckcakes, al igual que fruta y otros productos más saludables.

Came to town for Pack Expo trade show with our whole sales team. The service is extremely fast and the food was tasty. We came with 9-14 people and everyone was impressed. We went to one loser to our hotel(The Gwen) and waited over twice as long for food when there was no one in the restaurant. This location has great Teamwork and really impressed our company.

Been there for a quick coffee and breakfast. It was St. Patricks parade day. So windy and chilling outside. We grabbed a few coffee, muffins, cookies and chocolate cakes. They have a pretty huge place to sit inside with plenty of space. Though it was a busy day, we got our order instantly. The stuffs were so friendly. The cake was awesomely delicious.

buona colazione, certo se ti distrai può pure andarti male, ma un paio di pancake, uno yogurt con frutta e granola e un caffè non mancano...

Food to rave about, thats for sure. This place was right around the corner from my hotel and it was great. The first morning I had one of their many fresh baked muffins and some coffee. I was hooked and I ate there once every day. Best thing I had there was a grilled chicken panini with tomatoes, spinach and a pesto mayo...YUM!

Ci siamo andati per bere un caffè e spezzare il pomeriggio. Il luogo è carino anche se un po affollato. 4 i tipi di caffè a disposizione con free refill

Service was so slow and the employees were rude. Our coffee order was messed up and we waited over 10 minutes to get it. We also had to walk back up to the counter and retell them what we ordered two times before an employee finally said "oh ok Ill make it." The place wasnt even busy so Im not sure what was going on.

Came famished with my family and both the food and staff were EXCELLENT. Seriously, you dont find customer service in take-away restaurants like this anymore. We were all very, very impressed with our entire experience. Great job! EDIT: They just gave my little sisters complimentary mini-cupcakes. SERIOUSLY. THE BEST!

I came here and the food was precooked they r just warming up and serving food. Bagel i orsered was refrigerator cold. And i said I requested for toasted and you know what server claimed it is toasted. Food was served very fast in about 3 mins from order. I recommends dont come here. Best of luck.

This review is for a friend. Her work ordered 5 salads from this location & they got every single salad wrong. Specifically for her, they put blue cheese on her salad which she hates, along with other mistakes..so she is currently sitting @ her desk eating bread for lunch that came with the order.

Highly rated for breast in Chicago. Popular with the locals and visitors alike. They have wonderful breakfast sandwiches, fruit and oatmeal, etc. Expect long lines but they do move quickly and the food is well worth the short wait. I strongly recommend ratting here at least once if your in Chicago.

Excellent food at reasonable prices, even in pricey Chicago. The service was friendly and menu offerings include breakfast, lunch and dinner. Pastries are beautiful and food is all made to order. Conveniently located across from the NBC Tower, the Wrigley building, and Trump Tower.

My go-to place for breakfast on the way into work when Im in town. They dont have a particularly large selection, but if you need a quick pastry and juice/coffee/water/tea then you cant beat it. The prepared hot meals are just kind of ok, but for the price I still cant complain.

This place was cool. It has a narrow interior but they do the best for the space. The checkout registers are somewhat oddly placed because of it. Otherwise, the food is the same as other Corner Bakery Cafes. The view over Wacker Drive and the river area is nice!

This is a great place to go for breakfast or lunch. The patio is nice to sit and people watch, but they need to to a better and faster job of clearing patio tables as the pigeons get very aggressive. Other than that, its a great location with pretty decent service.

Ordered a roast beef sandwich for pick=up today. I had one at our office meeting the previous Friday and expected this one to be the same. Noooo. Today it was on plain white bread, no condiments, with half a sandwich worth of beef. Dry. Skimpy. It was horrible.
