Wish I could give a zero!!!!! This is was the most unprofessional place I’ve ever dealt with! I had an appointment and called the day before to get directions. First of all the owner, David Stonis, sounded like he could care less if he got my business or not, but I made an appointment anyway. He gave me directions super fast and I didn’t understand so I was like that’s ok ill just Google map it. The day of my appointment I left pretty early to get there just in case, got lost and called the place repeatedly with NO answer! I drove around for 25 minutes, stopped at businesses nearby to ask if they knew where it was and the people I asked did not. I finally found it and was told that I would have to reschedule because I was late! Are you serious?? I cancelled completely and wanted a refund. I live pretty far from this place and had to drive all the way home. Called back up there to complain to David, the owner, who was not there when I arrived and he was all out NASTY. Told me it was MY fault that I got lost and can’t follow directions and that I was rude. Plus, never got a refund. Wow! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did the Ultrasonic Cavitation on my belly to try to lose a few inches after having 3 kids. I was skeptical since I have tried all sorts of other things. I first just did a Groupon deal I purchased for 3 of them but when I saw results right away I decided to do a 10 treatment series. Im so amazed by this treatment. I lost 4 inches around my belly and it even tightened up the loose saggy skin I had. Ill be back for more. Dave, the owner was really comforting to talk to. He didnt look at me like I was gross or fat. He explained to the process to me and encouraged me to come to him with any questions or fears I might have during the process. I did email him a few times and guided me through what I should and should not be doing throughout the process. I had 2 different girls treat me, Kristen and Brenda and they were a joy to talk to. All around it was a great experience. I will be telling all my friends about them.

Their Ultrasonic Fat Cavitation has amazed me. I work out and stay in decent shape but at mid 40s its not easy to get those hard to lose areas to go away. I had a bit of cellulite on my rear thighs and my belly always needed a bit of help. Honestly I was skeptical that this would work but I got a great deal and tried it. Wow is all I can say. If I knew about this 5 years ago I could have saved myself a lot of time. Ive tried everything from special pills to wraps, creams, diets..you name it. Ive sent 3 friends in so far and they feel the same way. This is incredible and very affordable. I recommend this to anyone to just try it. The staff at Cosmetic Laser is so friendly too, I cant say enough good things about them. All smiles and thanks for making me feel better about myself. You have me hooked!! :-) Jen

This place did hair removal and I got severe burns and I was constantly tricked into "buy one get one free specials". Basically, this place is like a scam mortgage business and really making free money off a service that doesnt work. I went in with my burns and he says "Ah, it happens to everybody just put some lotion on it." Now I have patchy skin. This is ridiculous, and the fact that the owner is coming on here and making fake accounts to put up a good review after every bad one is too obvious. If you want to give away free money, come here because they will take it. And throw in a "free back" special too. But hurry in, the special will only last for one more week!

Wish I could rate a zero but the girls that work there are sweet and try to act like they enjoy their job. I had to reschedule one of my appointments and the owner said that because I changed the appointment it would take away one visit from my package. What a jerk!!! I rescheduled 2 weeks before it was even time for my appointment. Save your money and go someplace else that cares whether or not they get your business. Also, why do you think this place is on groupon every week? They cannot get repeat business acting like this!!

I want to first say for all those that are skeptical about the ultrasound cavitation, this does work! Im sure that there will be different results for different people, but it does work. I purchased the Groupon for 3 sessions and at the end of it, while I could use 3 more sessions, the results were impressive. Brenda was INCREDIBLE! I would have gotten 3 more sessions but I am about to go on vacation. However, I will be back to finish the job! Would I recommend to anyone, ABSOLUTELY!

I had a great experience here at Cosmetic Laser. At my age I had to do something to keep up with Jones so to say. Their laser skin tightening really worked great for me. So glad I came here. I may be 60+ but I wont tell. The place was clean and their staff was very friendly. The owner, David is a very down to earth young man and was very informative of the process. I didnt have to wait like you would at a Dr office.

The best laser experience I have ever had. Believe me I have been to a couple others and not that they were horrible but the staff here is so pleasant and makes you feel so comfortable. I was told step by step everything that would happen with my laser skin tightening and after 6 treatments my friends keep asking if I had surgery. Results were REMARKABLE!!!! Acne issues and scarring started healing and cleared up within one week of having my treatment! Professional, clean, warm and great location! The staff is down to earth and extremely knowledgeable on everything they provide. The Ultrasonic Cavitation is as great as they say. Im on my last treatment next week and down 2 sizes in pants. Very friendly staff and clean environment. The girls go out of their way to make sure your getting the results you want or theyll change it up. I will come back for more services. 2 thumbs up. Trying micro needling next week for my acne scars. Wish me well. Lol

They were very prompt and professional. I had 6 treatments and although it does sting a little bit they staff made me feel very comfortable and my results were great. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to get rid of hair that youre not supposed to have in some places as a woman. This has changed my life

I visited Cosmetic Laser for shaving bumps on the front of my neck due to ingrown hairs. My skin is completely cleared up and as a bonus I no longer shave. With my business profession it gives me better confidence to not have a rash all over my neck every time I shave. I reccommend them to anyone.
