I walked in about 7 to get a cut knowing they close at 8 but hoping to get in.I sit and wait There is only two stylists. The lady spends about ten minutes trying to sell this lady shampoo instead of trying to get the last two customers in before they close.then when she is fine with that lady she disappears to the back for about 15 mins. Then the man hairdresser yells back for her saying " we close in ten minutes come on are you serious where are you"? So they both come up and debate whos cutting who.referring to me as a man. The person there after me gets taken back first. So I get stuck with the loud lady that reeks of cigarettes. So she barely washes my hair takes me to the chair and is literally ripping through my hair digging the comb onto my scalp. She complains about my hair the whole time very loudly embarrising me, saying how dry it is, how hard it is to comb through, how she is tired of combing through it etc. So I ask for about two inches off and she says no you need more and Im like OK I guess I will trust your judgement. So she cuts about 4 inches off leaving my hair much shorter than I wanted after I worked hard to grow it out. So after all that we proceed to check out I say I only want to buy a conditioner and she walk over and hands me a shampoo and conditioner costing 40$ which I cannot afford. I still say I just want conditioner and she gets mad saying I should buy both and on top of that more stuff. I know you make commission of that lady but if I say I cant afford it just let it be. So basically this whole time they were in a big hurry to get me out if their so they could count there tips and leave.overall horrible experience I would never waste time and money there again.

Horrible experience. . I called a week ahead and made an appointment to be told when I arrived "that dont matter here, they didnt tell you that on the phone." Then she proceeded to tell me I didnt have an appointment because it wasnt written down. My husband had to tell her she was looking at 2 weeks out. Lady replied I cant find my glasses. I was expected to wait as all the walk in clients would come first. I waited a little only to have another walk in put in front of me. . These people should be ashamed. . Worst service ever!!! I went to another salon that felt I was good enough to be there and dropped $150 bucks on my hair. Hope they enjoyed those $10 hair cuts they put in front of me..

Had very good experiences there before, but this time when I picked out the light ash blonde swatch for my hair color, I really didnt expect it to turn out very very blond. So after a few days I went back and they were very understanding, fixed it at no charge, and now I love my hair.

The right stylist makes a big difference. Fortunately I found the right stylist several years ago and have had no issues. She is knowledgeable, kind, and remembers preferences.

The girls were very impersonable.. they cut my boys hair barely said anything to them. They rushed around leaving their hair look bad. Never again......

Only a twenty minute wait or so, sweet girl cutting my sons hair. Nice cool temp inside the place, quiet relaxing music, was a decent time.
