DONT EVER GO HERE! I paid 60 dollars to have my hair dyed a nice natural auburn color. The stylist didnt put enough color remover in my hair so she had to bleach it, after bleaching it, which she didnt even let sit, she put the dye on, and when she rinsed it out and it was DARK PURPLE WITH CHERRY ROOTS. and bleach spots through out it like a lepoard. It was AWFUL. She didnt offer me a refund, she made me pay and then said i could come back next week and SHE would fix it. I dont want her touching my hair ever again and ive contacted corperate. She mixed the dye wrong and left it on way too long. I couldnt even go to work its so bad. Dont get a dye job there or regis and dont let MELISSA touch your hair ever. Meanwhile, the stylist were talking about how everyone thinks they suck and knife fights they had been in and how one lady pulled a gun on a woman. YOU DONT TALK LIKE THAT IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS.

Dont go here. I got a cut and color and both were butchered. First off, I had 6 inches cut off which I told them to begin with. The girl colored my hair (leaving about 4 inches at the ends with no color) then cuts short and still charges me for the long length color. The layers I got have no consistency and had to go somewhere else to get it corrected and more blonde highlights. During the whole time I was there (at least 2 1/2 hours the staff complained about customers and there impatience to have to wait. I will never go back. Oh, and the girl who did my hair was Kayla.

When I first arrived with no appointment, had to wait 30 minutes for more help to come in at 11:30am on a Saturday which wasnt bad. But when help did come in, I got right to a chair. Then the girl who was cutting my hair was distracted by her conversations with the other stylists which resulted in one bad cut for me. It was my first time to this business and my LAST! I was referred to by a friend but once he saw my hair, said it would be his last. If it were not for the way this is set up to post a review, I would not even give this place a one star....

Bad customer service. Husband had hair cut here and was happy with his cut, nothing special. I later took my son and was discouraged by long wait, nearly an hour. As we sat waiting saw two stylists cutting hair while other two were deep in conversation and one was obviously warm as she was constantly fanning herself and using the hair blowers she would use on customer to blow dry her armpits. I guess they didnt care how this would look to someone who was waiting a long time in line. Wont go back will look else where.

Went to take my son to get his haircut stylist said that the wait would be about 20 to 25 minutes an hour and a half later we still have not been helped. The Stylist then said she was expecting another person to come in at 12 but that was a poor excuse considering she told us it was going to be 20 or 25 minutes at 2:20 had to give up because we could not waste any more of our day I would never recommend anybody to go to the MasterCuts in the Dothan Mall due to their poor customer service.

Where do i start!? Let me just say i am mixed, black and white. All i wanted was to get side bangs. I walk in and ask and the women looks at me from across the room and says " i dont know how to do ur kind of hair" wtf does that mean !? And my hair was fully strightened! All i wanted was side bangs!!!! If u cant even do bangs, then why are u in this business .

Most visits go well. However I just drove 30 miles to get myself and my son a haircut. Only one stylist on duty and was booked for the rest of the day. I dont blame the stylists, I blame the management. Edit: Im now changing my rating to 1 star after I drove 30 miles again only to be told to come back another day. This place is understaffed.

I just went in there at 7:50. They close at 9. Only one stylist working on one haircut. I was the only customer in there. Told me she wasnt taking anymore customers!! Not good customer service at all!!!!!

First time there, got in and out in like 20 min. I was on my lunch break the stylest very nice, knew what she was doing! All I got done was a dry cut she did a really good job, I will return!!!
