overall its four stars would have given them five stars if it wasnt for the unfriendly customer service at checkout by cashier that did not even smile! i mean really she acted like i was a nuisance...i take sensitively to it because i used to work customer service...i was there 7 Jul 2015 around early afternoon...i purchased $135 dollars worth of cosmetics...i at least deserved a smile! now the other ladies who helped me on the floor worth fantastic~very knowledgeable and above all very friendly! i dont know what was wrong with that woman at the counter...maybe she was having a bad day but i even tried to make small talk and nothing~ i told her btw you are out of sanitizer just to make conversation...she just ok..not even looking at me...horrible checkout service!

wonderful !! I love coming here the ladies that work here are so nice and so willing to help me find just what I need ...The young lady at the Counter was so sweet while checking me out and even give me a simple along with helping me pull up my coupon on my phone . Also the salon services is just amazing it makes me feel like a princess for the day :))

I have visited many Ultas and this one has to be my favorite! Not only is the salon wonderful, but the employees and managers are always kind! Shopping never feels like a hassle and the workers arent* pushy with their products, and always happy to help!

Get my hair done here the salon itself is great the girls at front can be a very immature and rude if you dont mind than yea but if your spending cash and get that is not the best and they never have the freebies

Why does Ulta send out coupons, but when I get to the register, the can never let me use them? Theyre awful. One girl is there is always rude too.
