Havent had a disappointing haircut. I dont know who the other reviewers dealt with, but it seems busy all the time and I havent heard someone panic and lose their mind over a bad haircut. Seems people only like to review when they are upset opposed to happy.

I am SO disappointed! I took my 9 year old daughter in for a trim and Kristen cut my daughters hair very short. She was very unfriendly and never even spoke to my daughter. When she was brushing her hair she was VERY rough

I had a very long wait and my hair cut was horrible. The lady that cut my hair had some very off the wall stories. I called the next day and the manger refused to give me my money back. I would not take a dog there.

The lady who cut my hair performed very poorly. I asked for her to fade my hair and cut my sideburns all the way off. She not only did what I asked, but also didnt make my front and side hairlines straight.

Man are you sserious right now? The Lady that usually cuts my hair does wonderful... This lady jus totally flopped it ... I will never i reapeat NEVER come back here i have to go shave my head now

The older gray/white haired lady did NOT know how to cut a combover! Cut it way too short. It will take a month or two to get my hair the way I like it again. Not worth 15 dollars.
