I have never had a worse "hairstylist" cut my hair...and I use that term very loosely. The girl with a buzz cut who i believe was named Cassie was attempting a simple fade on my hair and took 45 minutes to hack my hair up until another woman asked if she needed help to which i replied yes she does. She was either high or short on brain cells and had me looking like i had a crooked ass bowl cut until the other woman somehow salvaged it. I should have known by the ICP hatchet man on her neck it was gonna be a bad day, haha. NEVER LET HER TOUCH YOU

Not satisfied at all. Took my 4 year old son in and she cut him behind his ear! He was screaming it hurt and pushed her away bc she kept going over the same spot where she cut him! Ontop of that she missed spots on his neck and I ended up telling her it was fine and leaving so I could just fix it at home bc my son was uncomfortable and wanted to go. The whole vibe of this location was just very down and depressing to begin with I honestly should of just left and went to the Englewood location where I normally go.
