Short wash and condition, good job trimming my hair but beware to have a round brush and blow dry they hit ya with a Style charge and my hair wasnt even completely dry I had to go home and finish drying it. Did talk to customer service who promises to reimburse me for this outlandish charge. But they just lost this customer. Ill pay for a style when I ask for my hair to be styled thanks
