Ive not had very good experience the last couple of times at Great Clips in Versailles Kentucky. However, I thought I would give it another try. When I sat in the chair I specifically stated what I wanted, which was the front or top to not be cut as I was growing that part out. I only wished for the sides and back to be trimmed and blended towards the top. What I received was the top trimmed, and the sides and back gapped! It was not faded or blended. Its ridiculous the service I was provided. I will not be back at this location and most likely I will not go back to any great clip location, because the service I received today left me with only one word that comes to mind, incompetent. Sincerely, an unsatisfied customer

I thought the negative reviews from 1-2 years ago may have changed the way this location operates. It did not. I went yesterday @ 4 pm for a haircut. The waiting room was full, there were 3 stylists on site with 2 "working" and one with her feet up in a chair. I walked in, wasnt greeted or acknowledged. After 1 minute, 2 men got up and left saying they werent acknowledged and had been waiting 45 minutes. This got no reaction from the employees and none of them had any sense of urgency or customer service. If I could post this on a billboard outside the store, I would. Its the most unfriendly, hostile, indifferent atmosphere I have seen in a public business.

Stay away from this location. I had three haircuts from three different women, and two were the absolute worst haircuts I have ever received. Im a guy with short hair, so its not difficult. Mostly, they didnt listen to what I wanted or take any pride in their work whatsoever. The environment in the salon is pretty hostile and depressing. Find another place to get a haircut.

All they did was talk to one another like a family reunion. I was always pointed sideways, so I couldnt even watch, or even look at my hair being cut. Uneven hair, and didnt have me look at it, just took off my apron and got me out. By far the worst experience.

Incredibly rude staff. Manager did not even look up from her cellphone when she was "talking" to me. Will not return to this store. Also the haircut was awful. How do you screw up a high and tight?

Hairdresser wasnt able to blend my fade properly so she got help from a coworker. Stated I needed hair off the top which wasnt done properly. I left with my hair looking crooked.

I went in as normal to get a haircut. Everything was average. I asked for what I got last time, which was in record. Then when its done, its two times shorter than normal.
