I am amazed that there is not an option to give less than 1 star. If a bad hair cut was a crime, these people would be doing consecutive life terms with no possibility for parole. What you did last Wednesday (Nov 23) to my child is a crime. My ex husband brought my two boys (ages 17 & 14) in for a hair cut. The fact that my ex husband is bald should have been your first clue that he might not be the best authority on hair styles. My eldest child (pictured) has autism. He is not able to accurately convey how he wants his hair. He also (as you can see in the pictures) has a large scar from an operation when he was 2 that runs from the front to the back of his head. His hair has been kept long enough to cover the scar. The butcher who cut his hair, made sure that it is FULLY EXPOSED. She also cut his hair in such a jagged uneven manner, it will need to be shaved down in order for it to grow back evenly. A blind, drunk with one arm could have done a better job than your "stylist". The teenage years are difficult enough and add to that his autism and he faces more in a day than most people do in a lifetime. You have now made him look absolutely ridiculous. He is absolutely the sweetest soul on the planet and always has a smile. He came home from school and cried with the most mournful sound you have ever heard because he was made fun of at school. Do you have any idea what you did? What you did to him is a form of assault!! Sadly, it is not the first time youve done this to one of my children. My ex husband had you cut their hair previously and you cut my daughters bangs so short she looked like Lloyd from Dumb and Dumber. Let me make this simple. If, due to his low level IQ or my failure to place the fear of God into my ex husband (Scott) that he does, in fact he bring my children in there. YOU ARE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES to touch a hair on their heads. I will find every legal means possible to ensure that your establishment is held accountable. I will plaster my sons story/pictures across social media everyday. Ive got a working computer and the tenacity of a raging bull.

I was told I couldnt pick a style unless I wanted to pay $35. I was surprised and the hairdresser told me they only did trims because they were an in and out type of place. When I left you couldnt even tell I had been there. I still have dead ends which I did complain about and was told to put oil on the ends. I understand that $15, $20 after a tip, may not be a lot of money compared to other hair salons but at this time it is a lot to me. Ive been on a fairly tight budget and this was supposed to be a treat for myself. I am greatly disappointed. Im headed back to my hometown and there isnt a Great Clips near me so I can return. I will end up having to pay someone else and I am not sure when that will be.

Ok it this would only let me leave a review if I checked a star, with that being said this place would be NO stars. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST TRIM EVER. My 17yr old daughter went in to get a "TRIM" and 5+inches later she left extremely upset. The person, Im not even going to insult other stylists/cosmetologist by calling this person one, eventually blamed my daughter for the botched up trim by saying " you werent sitting up straight" . REALLY I dont know if she thought she could be rude and disrespectful because it was a teen sitting in her chair or what. Needless to say will never ever go here again

The worst hair cut ever, just wanted a trim! Im so upset, gapped its not even a style. BROOKE would not even tell me how long she has been cutting hair said it was her personal business. Terrible hair cut and experience Brooke was very rude.
