I walked in this afternoon to get a haircut at a location that used to have my name and number in their pc files. There were 2 ladies at the counter who completely ignored me while looking out the window and talking about someone outside. Finally, I asked if I could get in the queue for a haircut. After writing my cellphone number on a piece of paper, they never entered it into their computer and I was sitting down waiting on a haircut, while my name was NOT showing on their display screen. Attempts to get this mixup resolved (so I could get my haircut) resulted in a major clusterbuck on their end. The attendant who wrote my number on paper and then promptly forgot about me also had a surly attitude and was simply incoherent. The Asst Mgr was defensive in protecting the other employee, and made excuses for their failure to follow through. I was merely trying to get a haircut! Ive written a more detailed email to them ("Jeanne"?) and hopefully will get a satisfactory response (including an apology). They essentially took what started as blatant inattentiveness and a purged record from their computer files and turned it into a big deal, as if I was an "intrusion" to their lackadaisical work atmosphere, rather than showing a customer the customary respect and attention that they seek when patronizing their salon. I dont appreciate being hassled to buy products while I am captive in the chair. Also, I was there with my young son and we both got haircuts. He was waiting in the chair behind me, and he swiveled the chair around a few times. Hes five. The next thing I know the manager is scolding my child. I am not quite sure who she THINKS she is, or that she has any authority whatsoever over my child. She does not. My son is well behaved for his age, and if there was a problem she should have said something to ME. I was trapped in the chair getting a haircut and could not do anything. Furthermore, she did this after some weird exchange with the stylist, so I think they were being rude right in front of me. I will never go there again.

This place is a disaster. I used to go because they offered a military discount, but I suppose you get what you pay for. Out of 4 or 5 different stylists, I think maybe 1 of them was competent. And by competent I mean they can do a basic fade and trim without their hand held. Today my girlfriend went and asked for a 3" trim and layers, showing the stylist where she parts her hair for the layers. The stylist proceeded to cut 7" of hair off, and layered her hair to a middle part which is not even close to where she was shown. Neither she nor I will frequent this establishment again. Id rather pay a few extra dollars to not look like I shoved my head in a wood chipper.

Im a little surprised by all of the negative reviews. Maybe its because I tend to get a haircut when its not very busy, but Im always in and out pretty fast. They also do a great job cutting my hair. The price is a bit high for how simple mine is, but unfortunately, thats becoming the case everywhere.
