Very nice people... but I would not recommend for women of color with natural long hair. Techniques for prepping hair for shampoo, for comb-out after shampoo, blow drying from wet, and styling were very much LACKING. There were three nationalities represented on my date of service, and the one lady whom I assumed may be able to direct my stylist..... left me high and dry. (not her client, not her issue) I was very suggestive in the beginning about what would work best for styling my hair. My suggestions were ignored. I truly should have been denied service at the beginning since they did not have CURRENT experience with my hair texture. I would have understood and i would have respected them. Unfortunately they accepted me and I paid for my hair to be A MESS. She even told me she discounted me at half off at $25

Shandra chopped the left side of my head of hair off and then I cam back in asked her to fix it and she used thinning shears and then asked if she wanted me to do the other side. I would not advise going her at all if you have long blond hair!! Then she charged me $30.00 as a level 3 cosmetologist BS! I dont know what to do now Ill have to go super short GAH...
