Weve taken our six and seven year olds here before and theyve had decent haircuts. My finance took the boys on Saturday afternoon and when they walked through the door I was shocked! Not only is their hair uneven, but the length is off and he told me he had to have another girl fix the back of our seven year olds because it "looked like a W" at the bottom. I figured one girl cut them both but I was shocked to hear that two different people completely screwed their hair up! Youd think theyd have their best stylists on the floor on the weekend, but apparently thats not the case. I realize you get what you pay for, but when youre just getting a trim on two little boys it shouldnt be difficult to have a stylist give a decent trim if theyve gone to school for it! We will NEVER come back here! I cant even believe they made him pay for it, let alone send them out looking like that.

horrible place. I will never never never come in again. I show a picture to the barber the style I want, she said OK. Then start cutting without any discussion with me. Then only thing they did is use the clip guard. I am very sure it is size 6 for the top on the record, but she used a size 4 guard to cut my hair very short, just like a ball. I am so disappointed and regretful to enter it. I promise I will curse myself if I go to this shop again. Please avoid this shop, and avoid Great Clip if possible.

Have been reluctantly coming to this location for trimming my undercut for some time but all of that changed today. i had the best haircutting experience ive ever had anywhere today Larry at the florence location took excellent care of my hair, was beyond professional, and provided a great personalized service 10/10 will be returning just for his chair

the price is reasonable, but they have horrible experience for hair cut. I have never had such bad hair cut that I received from this store
