Just because the door sign and Google claims this establishment is open till 9p.m. does not mean they are really open till 9p.m. I have been verbally refused service twice now, one instance there was someone still getting a haircut and another woman sweeping came to the door, pointed to the times on the door and said we are closed, i looked at my watch and could only laugh at the ridiculousness of her statement (apparently someone had something better to do that evenings instead of doing their job)..I have showed up to a locked door multiple times prior to 9.. I guess when you are the only haircutting place open In the area that late your allowed to have total disregard for wasting the time of your customers. I hope this is helpful to others, because after you "check in" you better call and check that they will still be open as well...

Stylist seemed annoyed I had my child with me. Also was in a rush and hurt me with her clippers. Didnt tell me about their special and didnt really say a word to me. Very odd acting stylist. I wont be going back and recommend you find somewhere else to get your haircut.

If you score a $5-8 coupon, its worth it. I find though, that my cuts here are wildly inconsistent, even for a type of place that has many stylists coming and going. Bit less friendly/professional than the other place in the same shopping plaza, as well.

Plan to have at least an hour. The stylist stops every minute or so to check someone in. They move like snails. On a Saturday of all days, only 2 stylists. This has been the case on my last 3 visits. I am so done with it.
