screwed up my hair and manager told me she would give me 5-6 free haircuts as she couldnt fix my hair the stylist buzzed it to the scalp.. INCOMPETENT STYLISTS AND MANAGER....NEW MANAGER WOULDNT HONOR WHAT HEAVENLY THE OLD MANAGER PUT IN COMPUTER, WQS TOLD THEY HAVE NEW COMPUTER SOFTWARE. WHAT A JOKE

Showed Olivia the hair cut I wanted...got nothing even close to it. Now I look like the Lil Morton salt girl. 5 inches of hair off and it looks worse than the dead ends I had. Made an appointment with Fiesta. Hoping they can fix it.
