The only good thing about this store is that they are open 24/7. However, every time I go there to ship a part I have an issue. I always request insurance and then the employees act like I cant ship my package unless they package it in a box 5x the size with their own cushioning. Tonight he had the nerve to say that I could ship it from another location but they couldnt ship it there. Why can 1 FedEx ship it but they cant? My packages never get damaged because I package them properly so they dont roll around or risk getting broken, but this store either is scared of the liability or is trying to gouge for package sizes by making you pay twice the price just because of the size of the box. Needless to say, the negatives outway the positives and I wont be going there again. The facility off of Poplar Level ships everything I bring them without a hassle.

Bad service, requested proofs as always and was not emailed anything before they printed. Ended up waiting at the store for 30 more minutes (on the clock at my own work) when associate and manager said it would take 10 minutes to fix. Very rude and not very knowledgeable manager on duty as well, he was not pleasant to deal with and wanted to make excuses instead of produce a good print product as FedEx promotes.

Completely useless and a waste of money. I came in here to print a single 5x7 photo (I know I could have gone to a Walgreens but the Fedex was closer.) They didnt have photo paper (seriously?) so I had to use some kiosk that only took USBs. To get my photo on a USB I had to use their for pay computers, which I was only able to do after waiting in a long line. The staff was not helpful. Never again.

Never have used fedex before but had to use them because of the company I was dealing with uses them. walked in and was immediately helped by Sean. he was very helpful and courteous. he packed my documents and got everything ready then I thought I should get copies of the docs. he removed the items and copied them for me and repackaged them. very good service with no fuss

Absolutely pointless. Pay for prints online and they tell you its ready for pickup. Go to the location and they hold you hostage in line behind everyone wanting to make a copy of something and pay in store. And the employees are extremely hateful if you explain that you just need your prints from behind the counter. Ill never do business with them again. Never.

The BEST FedEx Office in Louisville, hands down! The staff here is always friendly and helpful and they dont make you feel like a burden. I submitted a last minute order today and they produced great results and perfectly on time. I wish I knew the name of the person that took care of our order, she was great. Thanks again!

Wow!!!! How UNGREEN, Kinkos!!! Called to pick up Copy paper boxes and was informed that they break them down & dispose of them as soon as they empty them unless I cared to pay for them. They start anywhere from $2/box....WHAT? WOW.

We had to ship 4 large boxes yesterday. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The manager gave us suggestions on reducing our shipping costs. Great customer service!
