I am a student and have taken several assignments and documents to this Office Max to be printed. So far every time I have gone there they have screwed something up despite me giving explicit, handwritten directions and having verbal confirmation. Most recently, they did not double side some research articles I needed and I returned to the store the next day and requested that they reprint them. They did that and reduced the cost accordingly (because the charge was less for fewer pages). I am glad they do that but I shouldnt always have to go back to have them fix things.
