They arent consistent in their ability to push out a quality product. Poor communication, protocol and customer service gets frustrating and leaves your customers angry and waiting. For how much you pay for the cards, you can easily go to Staples or Office Depot and get the same quality for a much lower price. Youd think a business would strive to keep their customers happy - not so with this one.

I am a designer at a company that has worked with BCP for a long time. I have always found them to be very helpful with every order I get. Everything is consistent, and reorders are a breeze. Our rep is very informative and friendly. Great to work with. We recently had a rep change, and it went seamlessly. Everyone I have talked to personally is EXTREMELY helpful. Ive never had a problem.

Quality is not consistent, two different colors from the first run to the second. Daisy the lady that was assigned to help me with my issue was no help at all. Quite disappointing, it is clear this company has one goal only and that is the bottom dollar, no regards for their customers at all.
