This place sucks. I dont speak good english im shy to communicate with the employees so i tell my girlfriend to translate for me because job store does not want to pay me for my work they owe me money from working UPS week of september 2 and still no payment til this day because they dont help people. workers are rude and mistreat you all the time and tell you want you want to hear and the bilingual workers dont help either they tell you what you want to hear and when you ask for mánager they say she is never in office but she is she just tells the employees to tell people she isnt there. We have been to the office more than 20 times to fix this and they always lie saying they will fix my issue cause they send supervisor from UPS and email so they can approve my time card but they dont. if that was true i would have been paid a while ago because UPS is a good company they dont play games when it comes to employee payments. job store is always lying blaming UPS for not paying employees but they are the ones who dont pay and are irresponsible plus when you do application they say your employer is job store not UPS. One day we went in and saw a lady we had never seen in there before working in front desk and we told her about the issue and asked once again for the manager and she said it was her. she spoke to my girlfriend and promised to help me get paid and even gave gf her cellphone number to call if issue with my payment wasnt fixed but she went back to her office unsure and there were two other employees showing her something in the computer we could not tell what it was because we were far away but then the manager Camé back to where we were and told my gf to go to the office with her because she needed to talk to her. I stayed outside waiting for my gf and when she came out she told me mánager was asking her why she put on google a review about job store. Gf told her because its the truth and job store does not pay on time and dont care and give people run around and lie. In this country we have freedom of speech andcan write reviews as long as they are not threats and offensive. Mánager told her basically she was over reacting and that she was saying job store employees don do their jobs and they do. Well my GF did not over react. Is truth ok job store does not pay people on time and they always have people complaining about payment in the office and if you want proof about what im saying all you have to do is just read other google reviews about this place and also google job store reviews and complaints. Check their rating on BBB and search more complaints on ripoffreport. They say the same thing job store does not pay on time they dont care about people they are rude and racist. I know this review does not help me get paid for my work with job store and soon enough i will get called out for writing it by mánager or one of the employees but it does not matter i will not get paid either ways. I have been down this rd many times and is always dead end with job store. but people need to know how bad this place is and it should be shut down forever for not paying the employees con time. We called manager 5 times to the cellphone number she grave GF todo call if payment issue was not solved. We did not get an answer they just lié and my bills are still not paidthsnks to non payment from job store. Do not work here you will regret it

Most horrible place I have ever worked for! My boyfriend has been to the office about 20 times this month because he has not been paid for the week of september 2nd. our bills are behind, we got an eviction notice too because we couldnt pay our rent we explained this to the job store and they dont even care. they owe him money and they wont pay him! they keep lying to us and saying its UPS fault because the supervisor has not approved my boyfriends time card but it is them! the employees give you the run around and lie to you because they dont want to deal with the problem. oh and tracy the supervisor shouldnt even have that job cause she wont help anyone get paid, she wont let anyone see her either because she is always "busy". Dont waste your time and work for some other agency that actually pays you on time!

Hi everyone I went to the job store off Preston highway yes they got s job at gamestop I worked a week and 1 day. I admit my first week I worked everyday except Thursday I left at 3:30 due to my nieces dad pasted away and I told the job store coordinator and dacurtis I was leaving early because of that situation, then Friday I was feeling g sick but came to work and while there I had diarrhea and threw up so I went to coordinate and told him I could stay the whole day. Well came back Monday worked all day and Tuesday was almost to work and got a text not to show up. Unfair people at job store and gamestop.

Do not I repeat do not waste your time here!!!! They are unprofessional and they like to do things on their own time. You will not get paid on time. My experience here was horrible and so was everyone elses that got hired on where I was. The recruiters lie to you and fire you under false accusations. They let peoples kids run around being bad. They dont care who they hire no real requirements dont go here!!!!! UPDATE IT IS 8/26/2016 & I AM JUST NOW GETTING PAID FOR MY LAST WORK WEEK WHICH WAS 7/26/2016 THATS A SHAME IT TOOK THEM A WHOLE MONTH TO PAY ME

Terrible place to work for. The worse company I have EVER worked for. These people have no integrity and no respect for others. They also take advantage of their workers by not paying them. Theyre only worried about meeting their numbers and will never look out for their employees. Corporate Does not care so dont bother calling them. As I mentioned before they are only worried about making a profit from the employees. This place should be shut down for good.

I do not recommend this employment agency, especially Marilyn a worker in this center, I do not think shes able to work with the public and help unemployed people who go there looking for work, she is very rude, mistreats people and it does not help to find work, she get paid for it and she doesnt do her job well.

For anyone having problems getting paid.!!!!!Small claims court.!!!! You also can get fees waived. Tell them you have no job and kids. But make sure you have copys of when you worked. Ask ups etc. For proff of work. Yes it takes awhile to get a court date but you get paid. Just advice.

I just called for a job at game stop and was told the forklift position was still good if I wanted it came in and she said it was gone and gave it to someone behind me I have 1 year experience.
