I dropped my stuff off over a week ago. Ok no big deal, mean old lady, happens. I return on monday and there is a "return in 5" sign in the window. So i wait, and wait, 15 min. later i decided i am going to go home and try again. Today on my lunch i attempt to stop in and grab my stuff, "return in 5" again.. I wait.. 15 min. later i leave. i finally called the number on google and get another lady that says she should be there and gives me the number. Finally i get ahold of the older lady to get my stuff and she is nasty as can be. "You know when you work by yourself you need a break and i only step away for 5 min. at a time". Well i am sorry that you think time stops when you leave but i waited for 15 min. both yesterday and today. Thank you for getting my stuff back. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER..

I went there this week asking for next day pressing for 2 shirts on Monday to be picked up over 24 hours later; for clothing because a family member had died. The elderly lady was uncaring and stated she couldnt help me. She could had suggested someone who could have helped me. Sometimes, a business should try for their customers to create a loyal base that will return. I will never return there again. Matter of fact, I will drive as far as it takes to support a business that will support me in my worst of times.

The older lady behind the counter needs to get a personality. She is not very friendly at all. If you are going to work with people, you need to have a good personality. Hope my items come back in better condition than her attitude!!!! Well, got to the store and guess what, they tried to give me an item that wasnt mine and didnt have my item!!!!!!! I sure hope it is not lost. I definitely would NOT reccommend this place to anyone!

I have had great experiences with Summit Cleaners. The staff is friendly and kind, the prices are reasonable, and the quality of work is high. My items are always ready earlier than expected, and I have not experienced any kind of problem with the finished product. I am very pleased with this business, and will continue to take my dry cleaning items to Summit Cleaners.

Been using them for 4 yrs now. Generally takes 4 days to get my shirts and suits back. Occasionally they break my buttons but always offer to repair them. Very friendly, the "old lady" everyone has complained about is gone, although she was always nice to me. Close at 6 so difficult sometimes to get there in time working 9 - 5 downtown. Competive prices...

It took them 6 days longer than they estimated to repair an item of clothing for me. The ripped seam I took it in for split again 2 days later. Take your business somewhere else.
