Until today we were pleased with the service from this cleaner. However, 2 days ago my son went to pick-up his Polo Ralph Lauren Blazer and they cant find it. Today they requested a copy of his ticket and when he went to provide it the Manager proceeded to explain that they have 30 days to find the item. This policy is not posted anywhere in the store, nor could she produce a document that he could see with that information. The item they lost has sentimental value on top of its actual value. He visited Botswana, Africa in 2014 with The University of Louisville in a service learning capacity and purchased his first blazer (this one) at that time. When you leave your clothing at the cleaners you put faith in the service provider that they will treat your possessions with the same care and concern they would their own. Therefore, I would recommend you only consider taking those items you dont care to lose to this cleaners; take your valuable items elsewhere.
