They will ruin your clothes and deny any responsibility. I took an expensive white dress there. The dress was brand new and only had some water stains on it. A week later, not only did they forgot to clean the dress, there was a new huge black oil stain on a spotless white dress. I asked the manager, Darlene, where the stain came from. She immediately flipped out and said that its not her fault, and that it was my fault for not writing down all the dirty spots when I brought the dress there. She grabbed the dress and said I was making her look bad in front of customers and doubting their ability to clean?!?! When I asked for it to be written down this time, she unwillingly put down "the customer claims" on the receipt and complained that I was imagining things and that I made her look bad. The 3rd week I went back, the dress was still dirty, and the young girl at the front desk said I made the whole thing up. The 4th week, I finally got my dress back, but now theres a huge bleach spot where the black oil stain used to be. Thank you for ruining an expensive, brand new dress and deny all responsibilities. Nothing can ruin your day like a dirty dress and poor customer services.

My summer camp uses this place. We wear uniforms there that consist of white shirts and blue shorts. I send my clothes and when they come back its horrible. Socks are missing, shirts have giant stains that werent there before, and the towels I send that smell like mildew come back smelling like mildew. Its like they dont even use soap! They also dont get any stains out that were there in the first place. Oh, and they get clothing mixed up. Once I got a girls shirt that was ten cabins away from mine. I dont send the clothes I actually care about to this place. WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CLOTHES. THEY WILL GET RUINED AND YOU WILL BE REALLY UPSET! My cabin mates and I complained to our counselor and she said she used the place once and got the same result with one of her dresses. It had a giant stain on it and the person acted like it wasnt their fault. THIS PLACE IS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

Bad quality and Bad service. Rude and cheap manager! Her name is Nikki easy to recognize (rude and cheap). I went there for alteration. I didnt like the job they did so I asked the manager if they can fix it and she said she will. After 4 days of waiting for my suit it was the exact same. The manager lied. Waste of money and time. Oh and at the biggening she said it will cost $17 and when I went to pick it up she said $31.30.

Definitely the place to go if you need any dress shirt alterations!! Im a tall guy with long arms and finding a shirt that still fits around my torso is a mythical hunt. I took 4 shirts to here and they had them tailored and fitted in 3ish days. They are GREAT! Now I want to go buy more shirts just so I can get them fitted...

Hated the cost. Granted I havent anything dry cleaned since I retired but I was shocked at the cost. I dry cleaned one pair of linen pants and one polyester/cotton blend blouse. Two items. The cost was $19.24! No stains, nothing special. Will not return.

The cleaning is quick and cheap, and they have a great selection of tuxedos for weddings and formal events. My only stop for dry cleaning.
