My husband had been using Paris on Gull Rd for years. NO problems. We moved in July. Since then weve been using the Centre Ave location. THREE Very Expensive dress shirts have been ruiened. These are his work clothes. Dealing with...OR RATHER WAITING TO HEAR FROM STEVE Was a nightmare. He literally ignores customers, is rude, and argumentative. My husband had to explain to the poor staff what Exactly he expected FROM STEVE. I DONT think steve EVER ACTUALLY Spoke To My Husband. He said he would "go buy him two shirts... " Wth? Seriously? He was trying to replace expensive name brand suit/dress shirts with a couple of white shirts from Target or Wal-Mart... Oh Hell No. They finally Credited our account for the full value of the three shirts. But it took WEEKS! Of phone calls to get THAT done. And mind you... That just means we had to keep dropping off more dress clothes there to use the Credit. The other people who work there are wonderful. I feel bad they have to work with that Steve guy.

Very upset with my experience here. I brought in a dress I had worn for a wedding to be dry cleaned. I had worn the dress one time and it was absolutely undamaged when I had dropped it off. When I picked up the dress I had noticed one side of the dress was drooping. After looking over the dress before leaving, I had noticed that the boning of the dress on one side had been removed and had been sewn back up with a different color thread. I was told the dress would be fixed and/or replaced due to the damage and Steve would be in contact with me. I have called twice a week for three weeks requesting "Steve" to return my phone call requests. I have yet to receive a phone call to follow-up and I am deeply concerned with the quality and customer service.

If i could give this place a negative 5 stars i would its dirty incompetent staff the washers and dryers dont work worst place in town and its a shame it is the closest laundry to my house I would rather throw all my clothes away and start over if i had a choice of using there services

Very pleasing experience doing laundry today! Staff, especially Renee, was extremely helpful, and assisted with all aspects of my task. She was kind when my debit card didnt work in the atm and arranged for payment so I didnt have to go to bank atm. Clean place. Will def return!

Waste of money, just pathetic. For being in a nice area and costing an arm and a leg to wash and dry, 40 bucks later and clothes still arent dry. Go anywhere else, such as finish line. 20 bucks and done in half the time.

This place is clean and quiet. They have wonderful workers who will help you. Best to go in the morning they are less busy.
