Ive come here numerous times, and there were only 3 employees Ive come across that had any integrity or knowledge. Two younger women, and one older woman. They were usually there at nights. I dont see them there any more, which has made me start using Paris cleaners. My clothes have ALWAYS come back either wrinkly or still dirty. The owners do not seem to care very much, and obviously do not have much knowledge of dry cleaning if something is always messed up. Save your time and money and you could probably do your cleaning better at home.

Have always had excellent service and never a complaint about their cleaning. I happen to like the pay ahead method, so if I have someone else pick up my dry cleaning is makes it easier. We knew a family who had their own dry cleaning business in the past, and it is amazing how many people dont pick up their cleaning and then they never get paid. I think Neighborhood Cleaners is wise to have people pay in advance.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. for a place I only visit once a week at most these guys take the time to know your name and are always smiling when I come in. I moved across town for a different job but because the service is so good I still bring my dry cleaning back over here

Been going here for last 15 years, last couple of times shirts came back very wrinkled and pressed that way. Tuxedo wing tip shirt came back pressed with collar down. now looking for a new cleaners...

Dont really like their prices or their "pay in advance policy." I feel like it gives them opportunity to provide whatever quality of service they like.
