This was my second time coming to this establishment. The staff was irritated because I was asking questions about spots on the clothes being taking care of and how was it going to be handled. The staff was upset that I choose to examine each item to make sure everything was cleaned and present. I was asked are you going to go through everything? I said yes! Upon looking through everything I was missing an item. Staff got upset by me asking questions about the missing item. Today, I went to pick up the missing item and received a cold environment by the staff. No, type of greeting whatsoever just went and got my items told me the amount and thats it. I just spent almost $250 here I will not be returning.

Was a loyal Sheldon user before we moved to New Jersey for 10 years. When we moved back to Kalamazoo, fell right back in line. in the past few months, however, have ruined two shirts (wasnt their fault according to them) and now I picked up my "folded" shirts which were on a hanger. Havent had hung shirts in over 15 years, and these came out the night before a business trip. Had to fold them myself. I guess Im looking for a new cleaner / shirt laundry.

This place is a joke! Dont EVER go here. If i could 0 stars I would. After their employee said that they did perform alterations and then spending $50 for nothing to be done to them but washed, they make it out to be MY fault....beyond mad!!
