I have rented 6 movies from here in the last 2 weeks and every single one has skipped so bad we couldnt finish the movie. I just called there to tell the young lady and she was nothing but rude, and acted like a you know what. I dont think Ill be going back once I return these movies. Obviously people dont know what customer service is anymore.
