The only reason Im even giving this place one star is because I cant rate it zero stars. I called to get some work done on my vehicle and was told its first come first serve. No problem, I was there the next morning before they even opened. Im told that there are three vehicles ahead of mine from the previous day. I say okay, I can wait. Im told to leave my vehicle. I explain that this is my only vehicle and I can wait with it. He then tells me to bring it back at 1300. I come back early of course at around 1230 and then he tells me there are three more vehicles ahead of me because their owners left their vehicles there. I had been willing to wait since that morning but was just following the instructions he gave me. He was very rude and almost disrespectful every time I talked to him. I serve to protect my country and the freedom of its citizens. You of course have the freedom to choose whomever you like to work on your vehicle but I strongly encourage you to choose another shop over this one.

Ralph is phenomenal, period. He is MORE than fair. It is first come, first serve, so be sure to get your vehicle in line as soon as possible. you buy the parts, he charges for the install. He is also INCREDIBLY fast. Even thought I live almost 25 miles away I will always pay the extra cost in towing (above insurance covered) to take it to him. Thats how AWESOME he is. Ive taken both of my vehicles to him over the last three years and will continue to do so because I trust him, I trust his work, he is comparably inexpensive and highly accountable. He has bent over backwards for me more than once, including chasing me after I picked up my truck to tighten my alternator belt (for free) after I left his shop though my truck had been serviced for something unrelated. Truly a class act.

I just got my truck back from these guys. He works on a first come first serve basis. Hell diagnose what is wrong with your vehicle and tell you what parts to buy (Yes, hell ask you to bring him the parts to fix your vehicle. He does this to save YOU money.) He is quick and friendly. I plan on using him again. Note: He works by cash payment only.
