Ive done business here for years and I find them to be honest and knowledgeable. Normally I enjoy my experiences here as much as anyone enjoys going to the tire store, but now Ive been sitting an hour and a half past my appt time.... The alignment was done after 45 minutes then when a bay opened up for the new tires after 20 minutes in the bay it was determined my car wouldnt work in that bay, so they changed bays and I was informed it would be another 20 minutes. Normally I just automatically take it here, but I thinking may shop around next time for a place who respects my time as much as I respect theirs. After I posted this they were able to finish me out in 10 minutes instead of 20- much appreciated. I was told they had to move bays because of my ground effects. Which makes sense but it was still over an hour and a half for 2 tires and an alignment. It was done with their usual high standard and quality. Great place maybe this just wasnt there best performance.

We stumbled upon this place traveling through Tennessee. This place of business is fantastic and they have excellent customer service skills. It took them 30 minutes to fix a bent rim, a nail in the tire and balance the tires. They took into consideration that we were traveling and got us in and out quickly. Not to mention, the pricing was great. I highly recommend these guys! Thank yall so much!

Needed help with air pressure light, wouldnt go off! Stopped by Dickson Co Tire & Oil. They were very busy, but took the time to help me anyway! Aired up my tires, light went off. Then did a quick ck to see if my tires were in good condition, all w/a smile & at no charge! Honest, humble people! Highly recommend!

I took my vehicle in with the idea that I needed new rear brakes, and about 30 minutes later they called me stating that I did not need brakes. they could have lied to me about it and completed the service and had me pay for it. Honesty is #1 in book and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great people with can do attitude. Always very friendly and they really know their stuff. Need something in the line of tires? Thinking of going to Walmart? Think again and go here instead because Walmart doesnt know what they are doing. Trust me avoid Walmart and go here.

My husband and I stopped here to get a used tire and it was extremely cheap, fast, and the tire looks like it was barely used. We bought one from another place a month before that had a bolt on it and the wouldnt exchange it or give us the money back.

They were closing shop when I arrived and they still greeted me with a smile. I was having trouble with a tire. They inspected it, showed me the problem and were honest and so helpful. They have a customer for life!

Cut the sidewall of my tire in Dickson TN, as well as one of my fronts was wearing badly. Drove up and explained the situation and these guys had 2 of my tires replaced within about 30 minutes. Great service!

Been using this place for past 3 years will never use them again ! They over charge are not honest people ! Spent over 5k on vehicles tires and brake work. Its all poor quality and they rape you on the bill.
