Absolutely awful!!! Autozone must just hire anyone!! I got a complete break system (pads, rotters, calipers and bearings) and these dummies gave me the wrong rotter and bearings! The bearings are the main thing that needed to be fixed! Now Im gonna have to wait about 2 days till the store gets the correct part after spending about $400 at a shop. Then Im gonna have to put my truck back in the shop to get the bearings replaced. So thats gonna be another $300 about. And on top of that look at the work Im missing. Time is money and autozone has wasted a lot of my time and money. God awful place to get anything!!!!

Literally never go back to this place some of the most mechanically un inclined people. The rare occasions I did consider using them to get parts I had to call three times just to see if by chance. They may actually have the parts I was I need of.

Horrible. Being a woman I call for a part and they talk down to me and treat me like Im stupid. Ive never had an issue with any other auto zone across the country except this one. Ill take my business elsewhere and spend more money.

Mid age employees were very helpful. The older guys, especially the one in a red shirt void my question. He even walked off without saying anything after I asked him a question.

Extremely non-caring, unhelpful, slow, and unpleasant customer service. I have lived in Dickson for 10 years and this has never changed. I only come here as a last resort.
